GROUPS

Chancel Choir
Choir rehearsals are on Thursday evenings from 7:15 PM to 8:45 PM. The choir warms up at 10:15 AM and sings at each 11:00 AM service from Labor Day until Pentecost Sunday in May.

University Park UMC has an enviable choir in terms of quality literature and quality performance. The choir is non-auditioned and is open to any individual. We are a group of both trained musicians and amateurs who love to sing and learn music.

The choir repertoire runs the gamut of the five centuries of choral literature, with emphasis on contemporary church art music. We perform at least two large works each program year: one during Advent and one during Lent.

Please join us and help us sing to the Glory of God!
